Shipping Policy

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details.  Orders are processed quickly but you can cancel or make changes to your shipping information by 5 pm PST the same day.  Within 24 hours, your order will be processed for shipping and you should receive USPS tracking number for USPS within 24-48 hours.

You will receive another Shipping Update email with your tracking number and link to track your package. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal due to current pandemic situation and should not affect your expected delivery date.

DELIVERY TIME

Current total delivery time for US orders of our UV Wand: 1-2 weeks

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.
Most US-based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. 

For worldwide (non-US) customer. Your product will arrive within 2-5 weeks depending on your shipping address.

We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.

NOTE:  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website is passed on to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS. Thus we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.
