Covid-19 Crisis Policy Amendment
Due to limited ability to ship in some areas of the US, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. USPS, UPS shipping services are limiting delivery to select counties and reserve the right to hold packages until safety measures have been lifted. If you are experiencing a delay in merchandise receipt, contact your local post office to see if they are operating.
These limits may result in delayed delivery of merchandise. La Canada Ventures Inc. and shipping services are not liable for any delay. For information about your merchandise shipment, contact customer support.
Any shipping fees will not be refunded in the case of undeliverability.
Shipment Processing/Handling. We will process orders received prior to 1 PM PST. If received after 1 PM, processing time can take up to 2 business days.
If the address provided at time of checkout is “invalid” or missing vital information, an email will be sent in an attempt to correct the address. After 48 business hours, if no response, a courtesy call will be made to correct the address. If after 24 additional business hours there is still no response, the order will be cancelled and refund issued to original payment method within 10 business days.
*Flat Rate Shipping is the standard 7-14 business day option at checkout. All orders are shipped the most cost-effective way. If multiple orders are placed, we reserve the right to combine the orders into a single shipment. Orders are processed in order they are received. We are not responsible for lost shipments that show “Delivered” status via carrier tracking.
** Priority Handling, the order will automatically be bumped to the front of the shipping queue which often results in fulfillment days faster.
